is the leading developer of practice

When you choose a software application, you naturally want to make certain that it performs as represented, that it is easy to use, that it functions properly with your computer system and that it generally fits within the scheme of your office procedures.

We don't think you should be required to purchase software without first having the opportunity to try it out in your office.

That's why all of our software is sold on a 30-day approval basis.  Try it out- and make sure it works for you.  We won't even submit our invoice until the expiration of your evaluation period.

All of our order forms contain a clause to this effect:

The Licensee shall have until the 30th day following delivery within which to evaluate the software. If, within such time, the Licensee gives notice that it wishes to terminate the purchase order, then the Licensee shall deactivate the software in accordance with the prescribed procedure as advised by Do Process in such event; in addition, the Licensee shall promptly return to Do Process all disks, manuals, licence agreements and related documentation supplied by Do Process in connection with the purchase order.

It works like this:

You submit a signed order form (containing the "30-day approval" clause).

We forward a full working version of the software to you.

Once installed, the software will not be operational until a Validation Number has been entered; you contact us for the Validation Number and enter it into the program.

Assuming that you will be keeping the software, we submit our invoice at the expiry of the 30 day approval period.

If you opt to terminate the purchase order, then we will instruct you as to how to "deactivate" the program.  This procedure removes the Validation Number and renders the software inoperative.  Upon deactivating the software, a Removal Code is displayed- which enables us to verify that the program has in fact been deactivated.  Once this number has been communicated to us, you return the disks, manuals, etc.
