The new Teranet Search Bundle functionality will enable you to perform title searches directly from within The Conveyancer including:

·   ordering of the parcel register;
·  ordering instruments, maps and plans;
·  ordering execution searches and writ details;
·  adjacent properties searches.

Documents and data will be routed to and saved in your transaction record.  Additional features include:

·   automated requisitions based on type and details of registered instruments;
·  similar-name execution affidavits, populated with data from name searches and writ details;
· import of data from parcel register into appropriate fields of The Conveyancer transaction record;
·  list of adjacent properties is presented with checkboxes- simply click to order desired parcel registers;
·  adjacent property search includes automated report as to common surnames;
·  access to the Teranet Docket Summary for a particular date or range of dates;
·  option to pay for your Conveyancer transaction records through the Teranet Deposit Account.
