Do Process Software Ltd. and Stewart Title Guaranty Company
Sign a 25-Year Integration Agreement

Do Process and Stewart Title are pleased to announce that they have renewed their longstanding business partnership by entering into a 25-year integration agreement. This means that Stewart Title’s residential title insurance policies will continue to be available on The Conveyancer®, Do Process Software Ltd.’s leading real estate document production program.

“Both Stewart Title and Do Process have established reputations for being committed to supporting the legal community,” said Steven M. Lessack, President of Stewart Title Guaranty Co., Canadian Division. “It was a natural move on our part to renew our relationship with Do Process on a long-term basis, so that we can continue to work together to improve efficiencies for law firms.”

Law firms that use The Conveyancer® and Stewart Title’s Electronic Policy System (STEPS™) can continue to benefit from the time savings they experience when producing their documentation and requesting title insurance electronically through the integrated version of these two systems.

“Do Process is pleased that Stewart Title shares our vision and commitment to streamline and improve the practice of real estate law for our valued customers,” said John Robinson, Executive Director of Do Process Software Ltd.

For more than ten years, Do Process and Stewart Title together have been at the forefront of enhancing the real estate closing process for law firms. This long-term commitment between both companies will result in future improvements to the existing integration and functionality that will further streamline the process of completing real estate documents and ordering title insurance from Stewart via The Conveyancer®
