The electronic order and document delivery system is intuitive, requires minimal data input, and enables the purchaser’s solicitor to print the actual TitleEdge title insurance policy upon completion of the order.

For transactions where the builder has arranged with St. Paul Guarantee to title insure the entire project under the NewHome Guarantee Program, many of the off-title searches and administrative tasks are substantially reduced and the purchaser’s solicitor can easily download the TitleEdge title insurance policy.

The system is offered on www.convey.ca and is fully integrated with The Conveyancer® (effective in Version 9).
