lawyers can now offer homeowner clients an alternative to
creditor life insurance offered by lending institutions. The
online quotation system is accessed either from

or from The Conveyancer,
Do Process Software’s market-leading real estate application.
Upon entering minimal client information (age, gender, smoking
history, coverage amount), quotations from ten leading life
insurance companies are immediately displayed. Quotes for
disability insurance and critical illness insurance are also
available. Clients interested in proceeding or obtaining more
information are contacted by a qualified TermSure representative
who will explain the various products and manage the entire
process. The lawyer’s role is to simply inform the client that
there is choice.
The lawyer is entitled to a
referral fee in the amount of $75.00 (or $150.00 per couple) for
each resulting term life insurance application.
