Launch of integration between
The Conveyancer® and Assyst Real Estate
Do Process Software has partnered
with Emergis, a TELUS Company, to offer real estate lawyers a
more efficient way to process residential mortgage transactions.
The Conveyancer® now integrates with Assyst Real
Estate, the Emergis platform which electronically links lawyers
to lenders.
Upon enrolling to use Assyst Real Estate, the lawyer will be
able to receive instructions from participating lenders,
including RBC, directly into The Conveyancer®.
This will save time and increase staff efficiency- without
changing the current workflow:

required lender documents are received directly into The
Conveyancer® |

Mortgagee details and mortgage terms are pre-populated in Tab
“G” |

Preliminary report and request for funds are submitted online
through The Conveyancer® |

Status of files with the lender can be tracked online |

Ability to “freeze” the mortgage terms before your client comes
in to sign |
| ● |
Final report is digitally signed and submitted electronically
through The Conveyancer®,
with no enclosures or attachments. |
