Our Customer Experience Survey Results are In!

A big thank you to all our customers who took the time to provide their feedback in our annual Customer Experience Index Survey! We conduct our CEI Survey to ask customers to share their perspective and views on our performance over the previous 12 months. We rely on that feedback to help set our direction for the future on everything from developing new product features to improving the way we communicate.

In December, we invited our customers to participate in this year’s Customer Experience Survey, including those who have now transitioned to our new conveyancing platform, Unity®. We’re excited to share that for 2019, customers rated their overall experience with DoProcess at 88%!

In the coming weeks, we’ll be combing through this year’s feedback for insights on where we can best focus our time and resources to ensure we are improving in the areas that matter most to our valued customers. We were delighted with the huge number of customers who shared their thoughts and experiences with DoProcess.
