The Conveyancer® is Retiring – The Top 5 Things to Know About Unity®

After 30 years of faithful and award-winning service, The Conveyancer® is retiring and Unity® is set to take its place. Fast and web-based, Unity is built on the rock-solid foundation laid by The Conveyancer.

To help you get up to speed, here are the top five things users of The Conveyancer should know about Unity:

  1. Moving to Unity is easy.
All of your documents, private contacts, and configurations will automatically move to Unity for you. All you need to do is log in to Unity, and get right to work
  2. You have lots of time to get ready for Unity.
Your office will be notified of your transition three months before it happens and you will get regular reminders and instructions to help you get ready. We’re taking great care in scheduling transition dates to ensure there is minimal impact to your business during your move, and of course, we’ll be with you the whole way.
  3. You can use both The Conveyancer and Unity while transitioning.
To help with your transition, there is a two-week adjustment period where you can still use The Conveyancer while also getting to know Unity better. We’ll be in touch regularly during this time to make sure you know exactly what is going on and when you need to stop using The Conveyancer.
  4. You already know how to use Unity.
You’ll be instantly familiar with Unity. It’s designed to look and feel like The Conveyancer but with a modern look, streamlined workflow, and since it’s web-based, you can access it from anywhere with an internet connection.
  5. Unity prepares your office for the future.
Bank-grade security, web-based convenience and packed with timesaving features, the Unity platform is an investment in your office’s future. It’s designed for unlimited growth, keeping pace with the needs and wants of your growing business. Unity is part of the DoProcess promise to help you streamline and run your practice more efficiently now, and well into the future. It’s practice made perfect.
